Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives, 
market trends, and customer demands. 
Drive the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning process 
to optimize supply and demand alignment. 
Establish and maintain inventory policies and targets to balance cost control with service level excellence. 
Forge and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality, 
cost, and sustainability standards. 
Oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure optimal 
efficiency, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. 
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance, 
including vendor scorecards, inventory turnover rates, lead-time analysis, freight cost management, and 
order fulfillment metrics. 
Work closely with Planning, Marketing to align supply chain activities with product launches, lifecycle 
transitions, and business objectives. 
Develop risk mitigation strategies and sustainability initiatives to ensure resilience and compliance with 
environmental and regulatory standards. 
Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to maximize productivity, minimize costs, 
and improve customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

 
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s 
preferred).  
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a 
senior leadership role. 
Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution in a dynamic 
business environment. 
Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to develop KPI tools and drive strategic 
decision-making. 
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all 
levels of the organization. 
Proven track record in identifying operational bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions, and driving 
process efficiencies. 
Ability to balance cost management with superior customer service and operational excellence.
