Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in MIS, IT management, systems administration, ERP management, or business systems support.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ERP systems (such as SAP or similar platforms)
  • Database management (SQL)
  • Network and server administration
  • Business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Data analysis and information management
• Experience leading IT projects and managing technical teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain management reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is often preferred.

Common Responsibilities

• Manage the company's information systems and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
• Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, and user support.
• Generate management reports and business analytics.
