Materials and Production Planner

Pampanga

JOB SUMMARY 

The primary responsibility of this position is to organize production according to demand, quality and budget standards by determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed.  Other important responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, providing production status updates and facilitating the timely completion and delivery of products to internal customers. 

EDUCATION 

Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent 

WORK EXPERIENCE 

At least 6 months experience in the same capacity, preferably in an FMCG company 

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

  • Knowledgeable in generally accepted production planning, inventory control and warehousing principles 

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) 

  • Good in Mathematical and Statistical Analysis 

  • Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills 

  • Effective communication skills 

  • Strong sense of Accountability and responsibility 

  • Strong Customer orientation 

  • Conflict management skills 

  • Fast learner and detail oriented
