JOB SUMMARY 

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of raw materials, finished goods, and delivery vehicles to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution. This role works closely with the warehouse, production, sales, and transportation teams to optimize logistics operations, maintain accurate shipment records, and ensure customer orders are delivered on schedule. The Logistics Coordinator also monitors fleet utilization, coordinates delivery schedules, resolves transportation issues, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations while supporting the overall efficiency of the companies supply chain operations.

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory control, and delivery scheduling.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain coordination, inventory control, and delivery planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage delivery priorities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and render overtime when required.
