JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain department by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records, preparing transportation documents, and communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Flexible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with high integrity and a customer-service mindset.
  • Willing to work onsite and comply with company operational requirements.
