E- Commerce Executive
We are currently looking for an E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE who will handle the following responsibilities:
• Develop and implement e-commerce operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, customer service, and more
• Set e-commerce goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
• Ensure the efficient management of order processing, inventory, and logistics to meet customer demands
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and maintain the e-commerce platform's functionality and user experience
• Ensure reliable product supply and timely delivery
• Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey, from browsing to purchase and post-sale support
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and inventory management, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory
• Drive process optimization, automation, and scalability to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and data privacy standards
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and new product launches
• Provide leadership and mentoring to department heads, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance, trends, and opportunities
• Handles company website, Facebook page, Shopee Store, Lazada Store, Live Selling and all other e-commerce platforms of the company
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, processes, and supply chain management
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing operational strategies that drive growth
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across functions
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
• Proficiency in e-commerce software, tools, and technologies
• Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Change management experience and the ability to drive process improvements
