Knowledge in creating presentations (e.g. MS Powerpoint) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Knowledge in data analysis, intrapersonal skills, inter-personal skills, results-oriented, hardworking, service-oriented; results-driven, creative and innovative; team-player; high stress tolerance; high regard for ethics and integrity
- Experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position’s primary responsibility is to receive and retrieve Purchase Orders/Sales Orders, immediate processing in SAP, facilitate approval to Credit & Collection and ensure delivery to customers. The secondary responsibility is to manage coordination with Sales Agents by coordinating Purchase Order / Sales Orders based on customer order frequency. The CSR may be given other tasks by his/her immediate superior as may be required during the course of fulfilling job-related activities.
1. Managing the documentation
- Ensure that all purchase orders and sales orders retrieve and receive for the day are encoded in SAP System within the day/processing cut-off.
- Ensure that the Sales Orders (SOs) are processed in the correct company delivery documents (Sales Invoice – SI /Warehouse Receipt- WR and Delivery Receipts-DR).
- Ensure correctness of the customer name, delivery or ship to address, delivery date, delivery quantity, sales prices, sales discounts and total amount.
- Adhere to the required number of lines per delivery document to avoid the cancellation of the document.
- Ensure that all delivery instructions are properly attached to the delivery documents.
- Ensure that delivery schedule needing delivery advice prior to delivery are confirmed with the customers.
2. Product Awareness
- Keep self-updated with the different products by regularly reviewing the updated SKU list and memos from Marketing Department.
3. Other Job-Related Tasks
- Ensure Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness (I-ACT) in the submission of reports.
- Adhere to set company standards pertaining to care and maintenance of company assets.
- Perform other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
