JOB SUMMARY 

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's administrative operations, facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other organizational resources. The role ensures efficient office administration, regulatory compliance, permit and license processing, budget control, and implementation of company policies. The Admin Manager also leads administrative staff, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

EDUCATION 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Public Administration
  • Office Administration
  • Human Resource Management
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Or another related business/management course

WORK EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial administrative role.
  • Experience managing office administration, facilities, company assets, and support services.
  • Proven experience in people management, including supervising and evaluating staff.
  • Experience in budget planning and cost control.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Familiarity with processing:
    • Business permits
    • Licenses to operate
    • Regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Experience implementing workplace policies, safety programs, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong background in problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational management.
  • Fleet management.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS 

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities with expertise in administrative operations, budget and resource management, compliance, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  • Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, vendor management, report writing, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and 5S workplace practices to ensure efficient, compliant, and productive operations.
  • Strong personality.
